Register your will... you owe it to yourself and your family. It’s free, get peace of mind.

Our Mission -

Never again will a persons estate be distributed using the tedious and inflexible statutory rules because a will cannot be found!

How it works -

You register online, and provide details of where your will is deposited, its date and a few details about yourself. You can also register your living will, deeds and power of attorney details if you wish.

You can login to our secure system and change your details at any time. We will send you optional reminder emails every six months to ensure your details are always up to date.

The search -

If you need to search for someone's will, living will or deeds simply go to the search page to check our records. You can search freely, but we charge a small fee, currently £10 + VAT, to release a member’s full record.
